Laparva Slopes

La Parva is one of the smaller ski resorts of the resorts near Santiago. It offers a variety of slopes to challenge the expert and yet is a great learning place for the beginner.

It has a complete range of accommodations from daily hotel rooms to condominiums for up to 10 persons. This give the skier a flexibility not found at other ski areas near Santiago.

Nueva Parva Condominium

These are complete apartments perfect for the family or ski club or group. Rentals are weekly only, either Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday. Check-in 5:00 PM check-out 1:00 PM

  • 1 to 6 PERSON Apartments: fully equipped American style kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths  and salon, balcony, central heat, secure parking, maid service, TV, only 30 meters from the slopes.  $2,550 High Season (10 to 31 July) $1,950 Low Season(19 June to 12 July & 31 July to 27 September), these rates are US dollars per apartment per week.
  • 1 to 8 PERSON Apartments: fully equipped American style kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and  salon, balcony, central heat, secure parking, maid service, TV, only 30 meters from the slopes.    $3,400 High Season(10 to 31 July), $2,550 Low Season (19 June to 12 July & 31 July to 27 September)these rates are US dollars per apartment per week.

    La Parva Apartments

    Apartment style accommodations like the Condominiums except lacking the full kitchen. All have parking, terraces, storeroom, television, microwave oven, music systems. Rentals here are weekly only, Friday to Friday, check in 5:00 PM check out 1:00 PM.

    High Season is 7 July to 28 July, low season is 29 July to 22 September.

  • Superior Apartments for 1 to 8 guests have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and are 30 meters to   the ski slopes. $3,400 high season, $2,600 low season.
  • Standard Apartments for 1 to 6 guests have 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms and are 40 meters to the ski slopes. $2,600 high season, $2,000 low season.

    Rates and Conditions:

  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a 30% deposit upon making the reservation, the balance (70%) paid up   5 days before arrival.
  • In the case of a cancellation at least 45 days before arrival return the deposit less an administration charge of   10%.
  • In the case of a cancellation between 45 and 15 days before arrival the refund will be 50% of the deposit.
  • In case of cancellation 15 or less days before arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
  • In case of no show or cancellation 15 days or less the entire prepayment amount will be forfeited.
  • In the case of early departure no refund will be given to the passenger.
