    CONDITIONS:
    Portillo is a smaller and more exclusive ski resort. Because of our service and reputation we fill up very quickly so we suggest you make reservations as soon as possible. The ski season starts June 21, and goes to as late as September 27( depending on snow). We strongly suggest you make reservations at least 3 months in advance. 

    We must have deposits and payments in advance ( see conditions below) because if you do not show up we lose the sale we could have made if the room you reserved had been available when another tried to reserve it.

    RESERVATIONS:

  • A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Once you send that we send you   a reservation contract which confirms the room and rate. You need to present that   upon arrival.
  • The balance of the reservation is due 30 days before arrival.
  • Reservations are automatically canceled if they fail to arrive for the first day's stay.
  • The following is the cancellation policy:  60 or more days prior to arrival we return the deposit less 5% of the total fare, between 30 and 60 days we return the deposit less 25% of the total fare, less than 30 days 50% of the total fare is forfeited.


    • RATES:

  • Per Person per Ski Week, Saturday to Saturday.
  • Don't include 19% IVA tax which foreign tourists can avoid paying with proof of status.

    • Prices are in U.S. Dollars, bills are presented in Chilean Pesos at the current (at that time) exchange rate.

  • For a 5 night or more reservation made through this site you qualify for 1 free night at either the Crown Plaza, the Sheraton or the Plaza San Francisco before or after your stay at the resort and a free transfer to or from your resort and the Santiago hotel of your choice. What better way to get ready for your skiing trip or to relax in style afterward !
