INDIVIDUALS (Up to 7 passengers). 50 per cent of the total rate must be paid 30 days before the check-in. The 50 per cent left will be charged by means of an invoice. When making a reservation in less than 30 days, the prepayment should be done during the same week. 

GROUPS: In case the cancellation is done within 44 days or less, the 100 per cent of the prepayment will be retained. When the cancellation is done within 30 days or less, the total rate of the reservation will be charged. If there are group reservations in a serial order, the prepayment will not be transferred to the next serial group. If an individual reservation is canceled within 29 days or less, the 100 per cent of the prepayment will be retained. Within 15 days or less, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.
